After falling into a crazed panic after finding that our song choice has a music video (and thus cant be used), we finally have reached a decision. We realised that although we were fond of our concept for "Jungle", it would be unwise to try and find a similar song which we could apply it to, as it would likely be inferior to Jungle.
The Solution
We concluded that the most logical step forward would be to find a new song and create a new concept. However, as Georgia and Isaac went searching for new tracks, Alex raised the point that we should reconsider "Lorde - Everybody Wants to Rule the World". We all listened to it again, tried to visualise some potential concepts and then played it to the class, to receive highly positive feedback from both teacher and class. Its for this reason we have decided to officially make Everybody Wants to Rule the World our track.
The Steps Ahead
We already have two concepts available to us for this song, both in Isaac's "Track Concept Development" and Alex's moodboard. So we finally have the track, and we now have two potential concepts, one conceptual and one narrative, so the next step for us is to focus on one storyline and develop it further.
